Kristen has lead inside complex organizations for over 20 years – from strategic development to talent architecture, overseeing $2B assets under management. She’s built people systems, led enterprise transformation, and restructured teams from within. Until one day she saw the truth: optimizing tasks, workflow, communication wasn’t enough.
Now she leads TCG operations and supports organizational leaders moving to intelligent scale.
