Why Celestial?
Before GPS, before maps, before any of the infrastructure we rely on today, we navigated by the stars.
Fixed points in a world constantly changing beneath them. The oldest form of orientation there is, guiding people through new territory.
That unfamiliar territory is here. Moving faster, more connected, and less predictable than the maps leaders were handed.
We use the light to look at what has always been there differently, and design the way forward.
That's the work. That's our name.
Our Story
How we got here
The Celestial Group was founded in 2019, built on decades of experience.
More than 100 combined years as senior executives inside global organizations. Leading teams and world-class brands. Building companies, exiting companies, and shaping the categories people live inside. We know the boardroom, the pressure of leadership, and the isolation of leading what others will follow.
Alongside all of it, each of us was meeting what success taught us to override and tracing a trajectory the rest of the world is now experiencing at scale. What once felt personal is now visible: leadership, companies, industries, and whole systems being asked to become something they were not designed to be.
Across every company we lived the same thing. Brilliant teams, slow momentum. Exceptional leaders, familiar challenges. More information, more strategy, and more pressure were not reaching the place that resolved them. Now amplified by a world asking for a different kind of capacity, new decision-making, and new problem-solving.
So we created The Fourth Frame to close that gap. The way to lead, build, and grow where companies and the people shaping them reach further, faster, and with far less friction.

Tracy Yates
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
For 30 years, Tracy has been deciphering what looks like leadership, strategy, or people challenges, tracing what's beneath them and resolving what obvious approaches didn't. She's the founder who led categories still being argued over into $60M brands, and who bootstrapped an agency to eight figures advising the world's largest companies. She's supported leaders doing their most important work, the kind they can't tell anyone how much it costs them personally, inside multimillion and billion dollar companies.
The cultural futurist decoding where industries are headed. The human potentialist and strategist behind global products used by billions daily. She's helped thousands of leaders resolve in a single conversation what they had been circling for years.
A student of physics, consciousness, and why we do what we do, Tracy helps leaders return to what success taught them to override. What makes her rare isn't the range. It's operating where all of it is interconnected.
Tracy grew up in a house full of animals. She was a piano prodigy good enough that other people started making plans for her she had no desire to pursue. She stopped as a teenager, not because she lost interest, but because she could clearly see the path that would be required and what it would produce. She is a lover of beauty, design, and what it means to be human.

For over two decades, Joe has helped leaders see value other people miss. Building brands, managing capital, and guiding teams through change, his work has always been about connecting the pieces that move people and businesses forward.
He's the strategist behind some of the world's most recognizable entertainment brands, finding the stories people cared about and turning them into growth. He is the leader who helped companies grow without losing sight of the people doing the work, and a pioneer who built partnerships that became industry standard. He's spotted emerging markets early, and helped leaders move before everyone else. As a financial steward, he was trusted with more than $1 billion in corporate investment, yet always measured success by what that investment made possible.
That same belief shows up outside of business. Joe has helped many young people in the Philippines become the first college graduates in their families. To him, the best investment has never been the return. It's what the return makes possible for someone else.
An avid golfer, lover of great wine and food, and active investor. Joe holds a simple belief: when people, purpose, and capital move together, more people get the chance to thrive.
Kristen Francisco
Chief Operating Officer
For more than 20 years, Kristen has worked inside the places where business performance and human reality meet. She has led teams of nearly 3,000 inside organizations managing more than $2 billion in assets, while seeing the brilliance in leaders they had learned to overlook in themselves.
She has led enterprise transformation inside Fortune 100 companies, founder-led businesses, and nonprofits. What makes her distinct is not that she can hold people and performance at the same time. It is that she has never believed they were separate. Kristen sees the business system and the human system at once — what is happening in the process, the communication, the strategy, and the structure, and what is moving underneath them. Leaders trust her with what is complicated, sensitive, or hard to name out loud because she helps teams find the truth beneath the visible problem and move from there.
Kristen learned some of her earliest lessons about leadership, instinct, and responsibility on the soccer field. Outside of work, she loves travel, new experiences, and any animal willing to accept her affection. She believes laughter is necessary, sleep is sacred, and few things are better than the moment someone sees a possibility in themselves they could not see before.
Vida Blu
Chief Wisdom Officer
Vida has been part of The Celestial Group since its earliest formation, shaping how we listen, lead, and remember that wisdom is alive in more forms than we've been taught to recognize.
As Chief Wisdom Officer, she keeps the team listening at a level strategy can't reach on its own. She notices when the people, the energy, and the decision are no longer moving together, often before anyone in the room can explain why.
Sometimes her wisdom arrives as nothing more than the quiet weight of her nose against your leg. A wordless reminder that you are here, she is here, and nothing is separate.
Outside the office, Vida enjoys long walks in the park, afternoon naps in a favorite sunlit spot, and she lives for pizza night. Above all, she loves her family beyond space and time.
